From the navigation bar, find "Users". Here you will find all the analytics related to your account's users. These analytics include:

  • User distribution across all accounts - Divided into learners and staff (Admins/instructors)

  • User activity for current cycle - Active/deactivated/invited users to join your account

  • User distribution for this account - How many learners and instructors is your account operating with

At the bottom, in the manage users in your learning space, you will see many buttons related to all the users for your account:

  • Edit user - To change the name, email, and the role of the user

  • Activate/Deactivate User

  • Password - To check the password of the user. You can also reset this user's password

  • Add user - Either a learner or an instructor, fill-in the name, email, and role of the user and click on "Create"

  • Grant access - Select the users you want to grant access to, click on the 3 dots on the right, then "Grant access" to activate the user

  • Revoke access - Select the users you want to revoke access from, click on the 3 dots on the right, then "Revoke access" to deactivate the user

  • Notify users - Select the users you want to notify to signup, click on the 3 dots on the right, then "Notify users"

  • Reset password - Select the users you want to reset their passwords, click on the 3 dots on the right, then "Reset password"
