Create an online session (any option)

After clicking on create new session, you can choose whether to have a scheduled session, webinar, or customize your own session. Here are the steps to all of them:

  1. Enter the topic

  2. Write the description (optional)

  3. Choose a passcode (or generate one using the arrow on the right)

  4. Select the start and end date

  5. Select the start and end time

  6. Toggle the "end call when time ends" switch if you want to

  7. Recurrent session - If you want the session to be repeated daily or weekly at the same time

  8. Attendees - You have 2 options:

    • By individuals - Select the learners whom you want to add to the session

    • By groups - Assign a class, course, and section. And toggle the switches if you want to allow guests to join the sessions and/or if you want to manually approve the guests before joining
